Names:

The use of full names for youth is not approved by BSA and is not needed. Therefore, the following will be the practice when names are used in the public portions of this site:

Youth Names	First Name and Last Initial (ex. Joe B.)
Adult Names	Full Name or per individual preference if requested

Email Addresses:

As with names, email addresses may be sensitive. Unless there's a compelling reason, personal email addresses will NOT be used in the public portions of this site. Note that a few "user@troop159.org" accounts have been setup for troop contact purposes.
