Content on the Troop 159 Website has been contributed by several Scouts and several adult Leaders. These have included past and present Historians, SPL's, and Assistant Scoutmasters.

As a general comment, the long-term viability of a troop website is dependent upon the content contributors as much as it is dependent on the webmaster. Throughout the Internet, it is very common to find old scout unit web sites that are no longer being maintained. This usually happens because an individual (parent or leader) is interested and takes on the task, but eventually leaves when their son graduates out of the program. Usually, the web site just goes dormant with no further development. The trick is to get enough involvement, in the web site, that it's continuation is deemed to be important to the unit. We'll see how that works out with this site.
